Land Vs Revolutionary Rhetoric!
Peace Bredren and Sistren,
I just had to share a recent experience with you. One day I may put it in a spoken word poem.
My family recently visited my childhood friend from NJ. He's now in Kentucky near the Tennessee borderline.
He and his family are "Christian". They don't talk revolution. They do have many African masks and art work in their home. They're also into organic food.
They are on 3 acres of land surrounded by cornfields on one side and a horse stable on the other. They grow some of thier own vegetables. They have a small lake on their property. It cost more to rent a one bedroom in NYC or Northern NJ than it does for all of thier basic expenses including the mortgage. They also own several rental properties (Rich Dad Poor Dad). Every adult in their family owns land and most are either professionals or have their own businesses.
There is plenty (an abundance) of land and homes for sale in that area.
They don't seem to be worried about anyone coming to bother them although I believe they are prepared.
They have peace of mind, joy and love.
They do not call themselves revolutionaries.
Some revolutionaries that I know rent a room with a shared bathroom and have been singing the same song since I was born.
There is plenty (an abundance) of land and homes for sale in that area and probably in most areas of this country outside of the urban areas.
I think those of us who haven't yet, should buy some....and protect it.
